The Patient Advocate Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 1995 that provides patients with mediation and arbitration services to help resolve healthcare issues. Through supported grants, partnerships and targeted donations, PAF operates programs to assist with financial issues. This includes a Co-Pay Relief Program for those meeting disease and income eligibility guidelines.
