Donor Privacy

New Day Foundation for Families is committed to respecting the privacy of donors. We will not sell, share, or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Our online donations are handled by Classy, Inc. Their privacy policy is available here: https://www.classy.org/terms/privacy/  No payment or credit card information is held by New Day.

Refunds

We are grateful for your donation and support of New Day’s mission. Donations made to charities are nonrefundable by law, with the exception of errors made in the processing of your donation. To request a refund, please contact us via email at lisa@newdayff.org within 5 business days of your donation. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. Any requests for refunds may incur processing fees.
